Det g\u00f6r vi genom att bes\u00f6ka den en g\u00e5ng per vecka p\u00e5 en f\u00f6rutbest\u00e4md dag. En fastighetssk\u00f6tare \u00e4r\u00a0ansvarig f\u00f6r den specifika\u00a0fastigheten. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt l\u00e4r\u00a0den sig successivt k\u00e4nna fastigheten.<\/p>\n<p>Vid v\u00e5rt veckobes\u00f6k g\u00e5r vi igenom hela fastigheten. Vi uppt\u00e4cker ifall en d\u00f6rr eller l\u00e5s inte fungerar, lampor \u00e4r trasiga, skr\u00e4p st\u00e5r i v\u00e4gen, kontrollerar soprum och tv\u00e4ttstugor, h\u00e5ller rent p\u00e5 vindar, i k\u00e4llare och p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden. Vi rensar galler och silar till i stupr\u00f6r\u00a0\u00e4ven g\u00e5rdsbrunnar. Vi kontrollerar och dokumenterar i undercentralen att v\u00e4rme och tappvarmvattnet h\u00e5ller r\u00e4tt temperaturer och cirkulerar som det ska. Vi byter namn p\u00e5 l\u00e4genhetsd\u00f6rrar och porttavlor. Viss sn\u00f6r\u00f6jning samt gr\u00e4sklippning kan efter \u00f6.k, utf\u00f6ras.<\/p>\n<p>Vi fels\u00f6ker och \u00e5tg\u00e4rdar sj\u00e4lva alla fel som inte kr\u00e4ver specialkompetens eller tar f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng tid i anspr\u00e5k. Oftast handlar det om rensningar av vattenl\u00e5s, golvbrunnar och avloppsstammar, ompackning av l\u00e4ckande kranar, toaletter som rinner eller l\u00e4cker, kalla element eller handdukstorkar, k\u00e4rvande l\u00e5s, trasiga str\u00f6mbytare, f\u00f6nster eller balkongd\u00f6rrar som k\u00e4rvar.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5rt uppdrag best\u00e5r av att ansvara f\u00f6r den l\u00f6pande sk\u00f6tseln av din fastighet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_third  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   \" style='border-radius:0px;
